NC: NC 9 Point Concerns

1.  The shaping point north of SC/NC should be replaced with a visible point at Chesnee Rd (CheRd).
2.  Consider replacing the shaping points between US74Alt_W and OldFortRd with visible points if reasonable.
3.  BluRidRd should be BlueRidRd.
4.  And the main reason I created this thread, should NC 9 go as far north as it is shown in the HB or should it be cut back to the Montreat Gate?
