UT: issues with UT87, 123, 301

UT87: US40/191W -> US40/191_W

UT123: KasDr -> End? WhiCanRd? I don't know the specifics of the manual and endpoints like this, but I know Kaiser Dr (what I think the point suggested) doesn't go here.

UT301: is unsigned, at least from US191 and the entirety of the free portion of the route. I did NOT go beyond the pay gate, but I'd assume it's unlikely there's signs on the brief quarter mile beyond it.
