NC: NC 68 Minor Point Errors

This is unrelated to Wendover Ave (WenAve).

1.  MarCenRd should be MarCenDr.
2.  The points for NC 65 should be W and E instead of S and N.

Relooking at the NC65 points, I think that NC65_W should be better centered.
