2. NC211_N can be removed as an alternate label as it is not currently in-use.
3. The intersection with NC87_N needs to be recentered.
4. The shaping point north of NC87_N could be replaced by a point at Fifty Lakes Dr (FifLakDr or 50LakDr).
5. It looks like
PlaRd should be marked as closed with a point added at nearby
OrtRd (Orton Rd).

Mallory Creek Dr (MalCreDr) and the Brunswick Riverwalk Park may be good visible points to replace a shaping point or two south of US 17/US 74/US 76.
7. US76/421_E should be US17/76 or US76/421.
8. If a point is necessary between US76/421_E and US17/421_N, then it should be at the entrance to USS Battlefield North Carolina instead of the shaping point that is currently there. (also affects US 74 and US 421)
9. US17/421_N should be just US421_N.
10. The shaping point north of US 74 should be replaced by a visible point at
Kerr Ave.
