2. Should 242 be 34(WRT), 33A(WRT), or even US412/364? It definitely should not be 242 from what I see on GSV in the area.
Worth noting here that those numbers don't actually belong to the Will Rogers Turnpike - they belong to the Creek Turnpike, which currently uses the label 33 at its terminus here.
Same deal for the half interchange at Pine Street, actually - this section of road was built as part of the Creek Turnpike
(at least one sign even explicitly labels it as such), the Will Rogers Turnpike mainline is resumed at *244.
And on that note, I don't think there was ever actually an interchange there, which makes 244 an invented exit number.
With all three of these things in mind I would recommend the following:
- 242 -> 33(CT) or 33(CreTpk)
- 35(WRT) -> 35(CT) or 35(CreTpk)
- *244 -> *OldI-40
