IRL: R186 point request

I would to have a point added to the Irish R186 here at the junction with the L1171 in Tedavnet. I have travelled on the section north of here, but not south. The existing segment is also very long and would benefit from a split.

Added several visible points locally, including that one. If you put L1171 as a point label in your .list file then it will work soon.
