NY NY177

If I'm not mistaken, NY177 should intersect with I-81 at Exit 42 rather than Exit 41. Google street view seems to support this:

The NYSDOT Traffic Data Viewer agrees. Most likely a copy/paste goof when the routes were originally drafted. I'll bundle this together with a few other NY fixes I have in the pipeline.
