There is an NMP at the interchange between I-5 and OR 217. The waypoint on OR 217 for I-5 (waypoint named
8) needs to be moved to the position of the waypoint on I-5 for OR217.
Also, it appears that on each end of OR 217, it extends past US 26 and I-5. Personally I think this route ought to end at US 26 and I-5 to comply with 1PPI, and partly for selfish reasons, since I want to be able to have it show that I've clinched this route.
