autl6: Styria Landesstraßen L

I've been to Styria last month. I've seen a lot of 3-digit L road numbers on direction signs throughout Styria. However, not every road seems to be signed. I made some research on recent GSV (see autobahn-online.de). I think that more than 50% are signed. There are regions (districts?) with better or worse signposting coverage. I'll draft the system in the coming months if there are no objections. It has routes from L101 to L746 comprising 3,320km (> 2,000mi), i.e. much more than Tyrol (700mi), Upper Austria (700mi) or Salzburg (125mi).

The system will be in preview with the next site update. More than 400 routes for some 1,870 miles.

I've also reviewed this system. No changes to routes but two routes added: L526 and L746: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8076

System will be active after the next site update.
