UT: UT 154 north end slight truncation

This almost seems too trivial to mention here, but yesterday, the Utah Transportation Commission approved a resolution to transfer the northernmost 300 feet of SR 154 to the Salt Lake City Airport in order to build a new airport entrance monument.

Ha so according to this the currently mapped endpoint was already slightly too far north since it's at Crossbar Rd and not the south side of the canal.

That's an easy tweak to make.
