The shields along WV 2 are definitely bannerless south of the north end (which I am unsure on). I thought I may have seen shields
here, but I do not remember and did not photograph them, and GSV has not been updated.
I could have just done the Moundsville Bridge so that I would not in theory need a point where this truck route leaves WV 2, but too late now.
US 250 itself is fully posted along its current route.
