PHL AH26

The 2019 log lists two routes through Manila; one is as we have it and the other turns west at 9(E1) to the shore, curving south and turning east in Pasay to rejoin at 7(E2).

AH26 leaves E2 at 50(E2) and follows the surface road to 60(E2).

It appears that AH26Cag turns north at DonAppVelSt and follows Julio Pacana Street (946) to the port.

So they did. The changes to AH26 are:

Extend PHL AH26 from Laoag City south to Olongapo City; the map in the proposal appears to show it using freeways, at least west of San Fernando.

Delete the loop to Ormoc from the south (which was not included in the log or our draft, so nothing to do here)

Extend PHL AH26Cat from LilLipFry south to the ferry at San Ricardo Port (Benit) via 691

The changes to PHL AH26Cag make it match what's already in the log and our draft
