TN: I-81 Exit #74 seperate NB onramp

So, should we have a separate point for the NB onramp right before the TN/VA border?  It's separated from the main Exit #74 ramps by almost a mile, and we already have a separate point for said ramp in US-11W's file.

Plus, where it joins I-81's mainline, it's still in TN.  Should we be denying people even a tic of mileage on I-81 in TN if they enter via said ramp?

I'd honestly prefer to invoke 1PPI (despite the length) and remove the point on US 11W. Does someone need this point? Couldn't the hypothetical user who entered I-81 there use the 74 point and get more than a "tic"?

I compared the number of users who have the first VA segment of I-81 to the number who have that last segment in TN. There are actually fewer in VA (140 vs 142).

If it was less than 0.5 miles, I'd agree with the 1PPI.  However, with it almost being a full mile separated from the main part of the interchange, I just can't honestly get behind it.

Not that I know of, but you never know.

I know I have that segment of I-81, but I was going SB and got off @ Exit 74 & then proceeded into town via US-11W.  Only got it due to wanting to hit the TN Welcome Center to get a map when I was in-town for the NASCAR Street Fair that Food City puts on for the fall Bristol race. LOL!

I think when I first clinched this section of US 11W I continued south past I-81 assuming it was 1PPI.
