IL: IL-336/110 shaping point issue

'+X09' point in IL-336's file ('+X33609' in IL-110's file) is currently way off the highway alignment and needs to be fixed.

I would recommend moving it to the following location, as this will also fix both routes going out-of-tolerance in that area too.
