There is planned intersection realignment at the north end of the PA 18/PA 58 concurrency planned to be complete by October 2024.  (See page 40 of this document)

I believe that US 322 TRUCK (Downingtown) will be back on its previous alignment via Quarry Rd and Boot Rd after this project, but I am not 100% sure obviously.

I saw on ECMS this morning that the new interchange on I-81 at Guilford Springs Road (Exit 12) is planned to be let in December 2025.

The PA Turnpike is going to be opening the PA-43 extension piece-by-piece.   The plan is to have the PA-51 <-> Camp Hollow Road segment open by the end of 2026.
