2016-17: Highway 101/102 Interchange Structure & Ramp Modifications (Last appears in 2012-13 plan. Has this been backburnered?)

Looks like this may be back on the drawing board. This article also mentions a future connector from existing NS101 Exit 2 to NS213, at/near LarUteBlvd. A new waypoint may or may not be needed.
These items may show up in the 2025-26 Five Year Plan when it's released.

In other news, the NS107 extension is open.
