FL: FL 230 TRUCK (Starke)

So looking through GSV I do see that this route is signed, but I think we need to clarify everything with the FL 100 bridge project before any consideration to put it in.

This is honestly looking like a no-add type of route.

While it has has signage since 2011, the other direction just had a few 'Truck Route' signs.

However, with the new 2024 signage clearly showing a 'TO' banner (you can even seen another 'TO' on the bridge), I have a feeling just is more like those 'TO TRUCK PA-51' signs that used to be on I-279.

Plus, you can see here FDOT improperly using the 'TRUCK' banner on top of FL-100 signage.
