ON: ON-11 reroute in Geraldton/MacLeod

This reroute looks like it opened up sometime in 2023 or 2024.  GSV was on the new route already in July '24.

Might also have to shorten SH-584 in that area as well, but not sure.  There 'looks' like to be a SH-584 shield south of the new ON-11 alignment, but can't be sure.  GSV doesn't have imagery on the that new road yet, but it might get posted soon, who knows.

Either way, this will effect anybody that has an ON-11/TCH clinch in this area.

In reference to SH-584, before the pull the old ON-11 route GSV (hoping the links still work after that happens):

On *original* ON-11, SH-584 has 'TO' shields going each direction. EB/WB

However, was fully signed as normal at the intersection, complete with an 'END shield.  Here's the first NB shield just above the intersection w/o any 'TO' mention.  So, not sure what was up with those 2 'TO' shields on ON-11, as the route is fully signed thru town, even though it's not maintained by the MTO.

Something I just spotted on what 'limited' July '24 imagery there is here in reference to SH-584.  There's a 'TO' SH-584 shield on the new alignment of ON-11.  Just like at the 'old' intersection.

There is a probable shield north of the ON-11 intersection, however, no idea what 'style' it is without newer imagery.

So, till we get updated imagery along SH-584, I'm going to keep the 'full' route, as this imagery from 2018 clearly shows it fully signed in-town.  If new imagery shows 'TO' shields, then we can revisit this and appropriately shorten SH-584 then.
