MD: I-95 travel plazas

There doesn't look like anything that would prevent you from U-Turning @ either the 'Maryland House' or 'Chesapeake House' travel plazas on I-95.  Thus, I would recommend we add both of them to I-95's file.

I think I would have used the Chesapeake House and Maryland House Service Area names for labels.

I think I would have used the Chesapeake House and Maryland House Service Area names for labels.

I was trying to go by the manual, but then it does say "Use a _U suffix for interchanges that are nothing more than a U-turn ramp." (emphasis added)

Which these aren't so OK. Changed.
