NE: L56D extends south of I-80 by about 500 feet

Normally I wouldn't bother with this, but NE put the "End" sign right where the concrete pavement ends, and the highway logs bear this out (page 409 in the 2021 pdf). If you don't want to extend it 0.1 miles down, I wouldn't be heartbroken, but I thought I should at least bring it up.

Note also the presence of this sign, explicitly stating L56D goes in both directions from the I-80 eastbound offramp.

From my perspective, the end sign alone is eh whatever but this is solid confirmation the mapped end should be south of I-80.

Oh yeah forgot about that; another thing that just seems silly.

*sigh* Oh boy. There seem to be a whole slew of these.

Looking through it quickly, the only ones that don't extend more than 0.01 and 0.02 miles south of I-80 (i.e. just barely past the EB on/off ramps) are L17J, L24B, L51B, L56C, L56D, L80G, and L80H. Of these, only L56D seems to be signed as continuing beyond I-80 based on a quick GMSV perusal (wasn't really paying attention when I clinched all these earlier).
Hopefully that helps narrow the focus and minimize the necessary work.

Many of these could be edge cases for where exactly 1PPI kicks in.
As Duke87 noted, arrows at the offramps may help in determining whether to change or go no-build.

Did this slip through the sands of time? That end sign on L56D is still there per '23 SV.
