Would recommend a point @ North 91st Ave (to the east of 'AZ101'). This will allow people to claim a reasonable segment of US-60 if they were forced off AZ-101 due to an accident, or if they needed to use a different set of ramps there, allowing an accurate mileage claim.
Especially since we already have that interchange split on AZ-101.
