SD: US 14A Canyon Point Requests

So I just ran Spearfish Canyon again, and I think there could be some points added at the main attractions, as tourists could theoretically u-turn at them (or locals could bike only part of the way up, like I did).

Proposal:

Add

Rename:

Savoy -> FR222 (or whatever abbreviation is customary for Forest Service roads)
