I was looking at US 66 Historic in Illinois, and the I-55BL labels (at least in Lincoln) are just  regular street names.  I would think we would be going with I-55BL_LinS, I-55BL_LinN, I-55BL_BloS, etc.

Also for US 66 His, I think CR121 should be OldIL121.

Historic US 66 in Springfield IL does not follow the I-55 business loop between Spruce St and Lawrence Ave. The routing between 6th/7th and 9th uses Spruce both directions.

Hercules, California, has it's own Historic 40 segment, as described here. Several signs are located there and in Pinole, at CA 4 - Hercules Ave - N of Pinole Velley Rd - Appian Way.

The undated article implies that any community can order these signs and sell sponsorships to people and groups. Nearly all the signs I saw west of Sacramento included a separate plaque below dedicated to someone. I can't find any evidence that the historic association is still active, but it's possible that more of these will show up eventually.

I drove US 20 westbound from US 250 to OH 420 earlier this evening, and I spotted two signed segments of Historic US 20 that might warrant inclusion.

1. A half-mile segment of old US 20 on the west side of Monroeville has one oddly placed westbound sign (and no eastbound counterpart, though the western terminus is very obvious).

2. There is a westbound sign just past Prairie Road on the east side of Bellevue and an eastbound sign at Progress Drive on the west side of Bellevue. The former has previously been noted in this thread, but I think the latter has escaped notice until now. A new Historic US 20 segment here would be entirely concurrent with current US 20 (which is rather silly, in my opinion, but similar segments have been added elsewhere).
