ID: I-84/I-86/US 30 Concurrency Broken

In the I 84/I 86/US 30 interchange, I 84 and US 30 use the same waypoint, while I 86 has a slightly different waypoint. This breaks the concurrency of US 30 and I 86 east of the interchange.

Oh yeah, I noticed that. I'll need to fix that soon. There's a lot of other NMPs in Idaho, some of which result in broken concurrencies. I noticed that the I-84BL in Mountain Home has NMPs where both ends meet I-84. Same with the I-15BLs for Blackfoot, Pocatello, Inkom, and McCammon. The I-90 BL in Wallace as well as the one for Osburn both have NMPs at their eastern ends, too. Also, the I-15 BL in Idaho Falls has an NMP at its northern end. Oh, and I created one when I added the Sandpoint bypass and adjusted the lat/lon coordinates for US 95 and ID 200, but I seem to have forgotten to do so for US 2, thus breaking the concurrency there too. Finally, there's an NMP where I-184 and I-84 meet, as well as one at Exit 61 for I-86 where it crosses US 91. Yeah, that's a lot...

EDIT: Another one is at the west end of the I-84 BLs of Glenn's Ferry and Hammett (and also the eastern terminus of ID 78).

You might find the versions of the wpt files that get generated on each site update run with detected NMPs merged to be helpful in tackling this.

I was able to eliminate hundreds of NMPs in some eastern states with these.

Oh, I've been using the HDX, but thanks.

Just put in a big pull request to fix all of Idaho's NMPs: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/1198

Hopefully I got them all! ;)
