TX: New bypass of Andrews

Andrews, TX has a new ring road, Loop 1910. While the loop itself appears to be county maintained and does not need to be mapped (it is signed like this), this IMO warrants the addition of points for it on the routes that intersect it (US 385, TX 115, and TX 176).

I saw your post in Texas Highways, was thinking along these same lines, and looked into it. Wiki[citation needed]pedia says it's city maintained; tomato tomato. I was thinking "Lp1910" (sans the "TX" used in actual TXLps) style labels may be the ticket.
