Norway: E18/AskMot Retvet – Knapstad

The realigned E18 and extended Askim Motorveien was opened last year:

Another issue on the same route:
- Askim Motorveien exits are numbered (89 to 94) but the concurrent E18 exits are called Fv22 to Fv128_W
- If the exits are not numbered:
   - E18 exit Fv22 should be renamed to Rv22_N
   - E18 exit Fv123 should be renamed to Rv22_S
   - E18 exit Fv818_W should be renamed to Fv128_?? (the concurrent Fv128 wp will be called E18_Lun because there are 4 E18 wps in total)
