Ireland Regional Roads (irlr)
« on: July 18, 2017, 02:43:27 pm »
I wanna start a peer-review but I already have a problem with the first route...

http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?r=irl.r101

How are the exit numbers signed? I couldn't find any on GM, OSM nor GSV!?

They are only not on OSM as an eejit hid them.

Not sure how you didn't find them on GSV as they are well signed.

I think it was because of the J prefix. J like... Exit?

J is for Junction (and at-grade things like these would have it even in US-English) - though, unlike the UK, the RoI do use Amach / EXIT for offslips.

Perhaps I should put J in front of the inner Dublin exit numbers?

Ok, tier 4 is done, tier 5 is next :)

R101-R149 are fine except:

R109:
wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=53.351044&lon=-6.352721

R118:
N31_E: N31 doesn't intersect, should be renamed to R119_W
See R137/R138

R119:
N31_E: N31 doesn't intersect, should be renamed to R118_W, R118 --> R118_E

R127/R132:
Are you sure about the location of the junction? It's different on GM and OSM

R131:
J prefix for wps 79, 80 and 81

R132:
N1(19) --> 19(N1)
N1(20) --> 20(N1)
M1(18) should be removed
R173 --> M1(18)
Exceeds limits b/n R172_S and R166_N

R135:
N2_N --> M2_N
R125 --> M2(3)

R137:
R138 should be replaced by R138 wp R118

R138:
R137 should be removed
R118 should be renamed to R118/R138
R110/R840 wp is like R137 wp

R147:
Should be routed via one branch south of Facebook only. The 2nd route should be an own route
N3(4)..N3(1) --> 4(N3)..1(N3)
NavRdPkwySta --> NavRdPkwy
R109/R122 --> R109/R112

N14/N56:
Concurrency broken east of Letterkenny

R149:
R1247 --> R147

All R2xx routes fine except:

R206:
N4 --> N16
R206 --> R206Bla

R206bla:
N4 --> N16

R212:
N3 --> N3_N

R238/R239:
Question: Is it correct to call the three R239 wps R239_W, R239_E and R239 w/o suffix? I would call them R239_S, R239_N and R239_E. Same for R238 wps of R239...

R245:
R247 wp has incorrect coordinates

R247:
New L1132 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=55.230742&lon=-7.698557

R267:
It is signed on concurrency to N15? If not, split the route

R288/R289:
Are incomplete coordinates fine to the code? http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=54.226055&lon=-8.3

R294:
New L4503 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=54.052492&lon=-8.759601

N14/N56:
Concurrency broken east of Letterkenny
There should be no concurrency there. OSM is wrong, but if it was right, then the N14 would end on the N13 and not meet the N56. However the two meet end-on on the edge of Letterkenny town centre.

I believe so. I deleted it as frivilous, but I used to have a point on the A21 in England that was on the Prime Meridian, so it ended &lon=-0 (I put the minus in for additional strangeness) and it worked fine.

All R4xx routes fine except:

R483:
Exceeds limits b/n R484 and N67_S

All R7xx routes fine except:

R733:
Exceeds limits b/n R770 and R737
R734_S --> R734

R747:
Exceeds limits b/n R748 and R753

R751/R772:
New wp R772_S / R751_E @ roundabout
Move M11(22) to the western roundabout
I think N11_S instead of M11 is fine because I guess that N11 will be dedicated R772 once the M11 bypass will be completed and the wp at the end of the bypass should be called M11, not N11

R815 --> R815_N

R825:
R112/R133 --> R112

R133:
R112/R825 --> R112

R846:
Does it not extend to N20? It's such a small gap even if there are no signs on N20...

R888:
R488 --> R448

R920:
A46 --> N3

R927:
R180 wp is @ BalRd according to GM and OSM
