WI: US 12 Baraboo bypass

Parts of a four-lane U.S. Highway 12 bypass route west of Baraboo will open to traffic Saturday.

The new "Business US 12 (Baraboo)" will incorporate the old West Baraboo business route, and an extension to the freeway means that BOTH endpoints will be different from where "US12_W" and "US12_E" are in the current Baraboo file. Should I find slightly alternate names for the new endpoints such that US12_W and US12_E remain in their current locations but as hidden points, or break it entirely and tell everyone who has entered either the Baraboo or West Baraboo routes that they'll have to enter the new names?

This bypass also causes WI136 to be extended south along old US12 in Baraboo to WI159, turning east into Devil's Lake State Park. This extension will cause WI159 to be decommissioned, which means within about a year the highway into Devil's Lake has changed from WI123 to WI159 to WI136.

I knew I had changed the Devil's Lake highway once recently. I found out about those changes when trying to figure out what happened to the part of current 12 south of WI 33. I'll need to make sure all of that matches up with other work.
