I made the suggested changes (or something very similar) for all routes except the following:

3084: I prefer using the ends identified by KYTC, to stay consistent with the other routes
3104: Doug Hill Rd doesn't intersect
3144: actually the waypoint is in the right location, if you look at the satellite image. Google Maps is wrong.
3263: Since Hal Rogers Pkwy is a usakyp route, I think its name > a usaky route.
3302: adding a point there wouldn't really affect the shape of the route much, and it's not a significant road as far as I can tell

A few more suggestions, having looked over the subsystem again.

KY3261 - does the point at HalRogPkwy need to be where the mainlines cross, rather than where the ramps meet the other route? Ditto the other routes' point (KY80/HalRogPkwy). It's a RIRO GSJ, surely?
KY3272 - point at Rifle Creek School Road?
KY3275 - point at Renfro Creek Road (which leads to KY2793)?
KY3305 - a point at Jacks Way or Pebble Creek Road for shaping?
KY3359 - does Djeddah Dr warrent a point?

It doesn't seem to be a significant road, nor would it affect the shape all that much, so I skipped this one.

I added one at Elkhorn Tavern Rd instead.

KY3359 - does Djeddah Dr warrent a point?

Since the route is straight and only a mile long, I'm having a hard time seeing what value this would add. It doesn't seem to be any more important than any other street that intersects the route.
