TN: TN 14 in Memphis and TN 179 in Whiteville

For TN 14:  Given the lack of interchange between I-40 and North Pkwy (technically TN 1), a point on the TN 14 list at Watkins St would be useful for those who made the connection via such.

For TN 179:  a point is missing in Whiteville at its western intersection with BUS US 64 that would denote its brief concurrency with the Business route.  BUS US 64 has both points.
