PA: BUSINESS US 15 in Mansfield
« on: August 29, 2018, 11:27:21 am »
I guess this would be for Markkos now...:)

The BUS 15 list for Markkos has a NMP (Non-Matching-Point) at its north end...looks to be slightly off from the US 15 and Future I-99 list's points.  Anyone else know if Tim made this intentionally?

Knowing that area, I doubt it's intentional. Old 15 north of there was abandoned (and subsequently submerged) when they built the reservoir. Kellytown Road (which that northern point is on) is a township road. The "END" assembly is located there because that's where the ramp to US 15 NB splits off of the business route, not because that's where the thing ends. The quadrant route ends at the ramp from SB.

I placed the points on Main St based on the quadrant route continuing as cl94 stated.  I also added PinRd (Pinchtown Rd) south of Williamsport as I noticed that US 15 briefly was out-of-tolerance there.
