KY: updates/additions (KY2373, 842, 313, 3886, 3536, etc.)

So for starters, I have none of these field verified. This information is solely from the KYTC. Some are in the Photolog on their website, some are too new. I'll try to document the best I can.

Kenton county: (map) (listing)
KY2373: has been extended from its current endpoint near I-71/75, southward down Kenton Lands Rd to US25/42/127.
KY842: has been extended from its current endpoint at US25, eastward down Richardson Rd to KY1303.

Meade county:  (map) (listing)
KY313: has been extended  from its cuttent endpoint at US60, northwestward via new construction to end at KY448, and because of that...
KY448: has been truncated to end at a point just slightly north of KY1736.
Via KYTC's Photolog, KY313 parallels the (now) old KY448 routing, and KY313 and KY448 turn into each other, basically ending slightly north of KY1736. Confused? Yeah, me too. Hopefully the Photolog data clears it up for you.

Meade and Breckenridge county: (Breckinridge map) (Breckinridge listing)
KY886: KY886 has been truncated as such that it only lies east of KY144, and consists of the Popham Rd loop. The other part west of KY144 now forms...
KY3886: New route formed from the spur route west of KY144, that was formerly KY886.
Photolog and GMSV photos are too old to know if the signage has been updated in the field.

Owsley county: (map) (listing)
KY30: Rerouted via new construction from nearby KY847 (western intersection) to KY11. This formed...
KY3536: New route formed from old KY30 routing, from KY30 points KY847_W to KY11_N. Again, no idea if this is signed yet.

Ah, the joys of trying to keep track of a 3000+ route system. Cheers to whoever is doing so!

Thanks. Looks like the rerouted part of KY 30 is even longer, and there's a KY 3532 along part of its former alignment as well. Unfortunately there aren't any satellite photos to use yet. The Breckenridge listing mentions some recent change to US60 as well, although I can't figure out where. This all deserves a bit more time than I have at the moment but I'll investigate these further and should be able to update everything before the end of the month. Field checking would be greatly appreciated, in case you need an excuse to pick up a few miles.

KY30's new alignment is in the Staterds shapefiles.
If you draft the new alignment using Google, I can run the results thru GISplunge, replacing the Google coords with coords from a free source.

I see KY3536 in the shapefiles, but not KY3532. Got a link to a county map I can look at?

KY842: extended
KY2373: extended, and changed "End" to "+End", which I hope to delete after all 3 users with miles on it clinch the remainder, since no point is needed at its former end. At least one of them already has.
KY313: the map shows it as you describe it, but the photolog seems to indicate it has been extended along all of 448 south of the Brandenburg bypass, and then along the bypass all the way to Indiana. I'll need to investigate this one some more.
KY448: the photolog shows only the segment inside the bypass as 448 now. I'll look into this as well.
KY886, 3886: done, but I welcome confirmation from the field.
KY30: I realigned it (and KY11), but the photolog doesn't show any signage at all at the intersections with KY3536. So I'm leaving that one off for the time being. As for KY399, and KY847's E end, I'm leaving their endpoint labels as is until I find out the new name/number for the road there, or extending them to the new KY30 if applicable.
KY3532: I found an entry for it in the SPRS listing but failed to notice that a subsequent entry showed that it was renumbered as part of 3536. So, nothing to see here.

I found the US60 adjustment, which only required some waypoint label changes and a short rerouting of KY79.

KY399, 847, 3536: the KYTC photolog is down (and GMSV is ancient), so I can't check to see what, if anything, needs to be done. KY3536 is drafted but has not been added yet.
KY2373: End is still in use.
All others were handled a while ago.

Photolog is working again, and I see that KY 3536 is signed. I'll add it and make the adjustments to 399 and 847 when I get some more time later this week.
