MO: MO177 rerouted

MO177 has been rerouted in Cape Girardeau. When travelling southbound, signage indicated MO177 now turns west on Lexington Ave, then south onto Sprigg St, which it follows all the way to its end at MO34/74. The change must be fairly recent; GMSV images, and even the most recent 2017/18 MODOT map I picked up don't have this new routing, but the signage in the field is there and plentiful.

I tried a couple ways to see if there was any news of this but didn't get any. I'll take your word for it though. (Apparently there also must have been a shift for the casino some time ago because the file had two solid turns there.)
