NM: NM163 move and unhide point

I used the little parking area at http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=33.736653&lon=-107.808151 as a turnaround on my ride on NM 163 today.  It's close to current hidden point +X434657 and it looks like shaping remains good enough if it moves there and gets unhidden.  Here's the sign at that parking area:  http://www.teresco.org/~terescoj/luera.jpg

I'm not sure what we'd call the point.  Unfortunately the map in the picture doesn't give the road (which is really not much of a road from what I could see) a name.

The new point could replace +X191268 as well as +x434657, since we don't need both points for shaping. My updated draft route file has the new point as +x434657 for now, and removes +x191268.

As for naming the point, how about LueMtnAcc or LueMtnTr, since the road easement (as described on the sign you photographed) provides at least foot access to several hunting and other sites in the Luera Mountains?

I just arrived on Maui. I'll need to tweak the HI 30 and HI 3000 route files once I've re-clinched those routes in a few days, so I'll throw NM 163 into that pull request.
