For some reason, the point at the intersection of Denver Road and Colonel Howard Blvd (the PA 272 connector to US 222 and I-76/PA Turnpike) is marked as "SpuRd" (for Spur Rd???).

EDIT:  Checking the US 222 file, the point at its interchange with Colonel Howard Blvd is marked as I-76 as expected.

Label corrected to 'ColHowBlvd', and old label demoted as it was in use.

As far as it possibly being labeled as 'I-76' pm PA-272, it shouldn't.  Since it has a posted name, connects to more than just I-76, the posted name should be the one used here.

Fix submitted in Pull Request #697.
