IN: IN 933/BUS US 31

An update on a "resolved" topic:

2) https://www.953mnc.com/2016/02/05/933-to-south-bend/
In Downtown South Bend, the one-way pair of Michigan/St Joseph and Main Streets carrying IN 933 and BUS US 31 are now both two-way streets. The routes now run only on Main St. between Marion and Sample Streets. This necessitates the moving of the IN23_S and US20Bus waypoints on IN 933, the IN23/933 and US20Bus waypoints on BUS US 31, the US31Bus waypoint on BUS US 20, and the IN933_N waypoint on IN 23.
Do you have photos of the new signage? Three years after the report, GMSV from August 2019 still shows the old (and poorly signed) routing. INDOT's road inventory does show that IN 933 is on Main only between Sample & Marion, but it does not keep track of the business routes, which may or may not have moved.

Just an update on this topic: IN 933 is now signed both ways on Main St between Marion and Sample/IN 23.
The US20Bus waypoint should now be oat Main/LaSalle
The IN23_S waypoint should now be at Main/Sample

I don't know how you want to handle BUS US 31. The signage for it was either left as is or removed. It's not actually an INDOT route so there's no way to get official info. It doesn't really make sense to leave it as a one-way pair since the streets are now both two-way streets. What makes the most sense to me is to have BUS US 31 follow Michigan Street up to Sample, and then jog and follow IN 933 along Sample/Main up to Marion St.

Thanks for the update. Your suggestion for the new routing of US 31 Bus seems logical given the poor signage, so I'll use that. If my pending request for info from the South Bend public works department suggests a different route, I'll make an adjustment, but I'm not expecting anything useful.
