FRA-GES: D1059-6ae Châtenois bypass opened

The bypass was opened on 2024-10-10: https://www.skyscrapercity.com/posts/191716315/
GM indicates D1059 being relocated from through the village, and onto the bypass. A km post can be spot from this video. Howver, OSM does not yet indicate any numbering for the bypass and kept D1059 through the village. We could assume that they just didn't research enough but I don't know how the route through the village is dedicated now. No info on wikisara article. No info on wikisara project thread. I've reported to OSM that the bypass is signed.... let's wait and see...
