NC: NC 50 and NC 98 Points Around Falls Lake

Both of these routes could use an addition of a point to serve Falls Lake.

NC 50:  It is probably best to just add one at the Visitor Center.
NC 98:  Six Forks Rd (SixForRd) should suffice here.  Its connection to I-540 should help immensely.
