MD: MD 17 Minor Point Concerns

1.  It looks like MidRd should be MidPoiRd.
2.  It looks like CutRd should be CutOffRd.
3.  The shaping points south of CutRd could be replaced by Harmony Rd (HarRd) and Valley View Rd (ValViewRd).
4.  A point should be added at Old Middletown Rd (OldMidRd) to put the route back within lateral.

I'm going to leave those two shaping points alone since moving them to those intersections results in a less pretty route trace.

But items 1, 2, and 4... all good calls, implementing.
