VA: VA 3 Minor Point Errors between Culpeper and Fredericksburg

1.  ElyFordRd should be ElysFordRd.
2.  The shaping point between ElyFordRd and SalChuRd could easily be replaced by at least one visible point.  The most obvious location to me is McLaws Dr (McLDr).

It seems to me that McLaws is one word why I put "McLDr".  Should we move to discuss and clarify how we handle roads with the McX points moving forward?  I checked the manual, and it does not seem to be specifically discussed.

I changed it to McL...got my wires crossed when doing that one and did not mean to start a discussion on Mcxxx names
