VA: Manassas Area Point Concerns

VA 28:
1.  VA213 should be ManDr (Manassas Dr) with the understanding that VA 213 is still not posted with the secret designation rule.  I realize that I initiated the change to VA213 from ManDr previously due to a lack of knowledge on this.
2.  The shaping point between VA213 and SR658 could probably be replaced with a visible point at Yorkshire Lane (YorLn).
3.  EllLawPk should be marked as closed with the park entrance being removed.
4.  Farther north, I think the *SR847 point should be removed if it is not in use.  Severn Way is currently SR 1748.
5.  Starting south of downtown Manassas here, WelDr should be WelRd.

VA 215:
1.  RolForRd should be RolFordRd.
2.  StuManDr should be SudManDr (Sudley Manor Dr).
3.  OldVintHillRd should be FitzWay (Fitzgerald Way).

VA 234 BUS (Manassas): I would add Godwin Dr (GodDr) based on this sign.

I just put the updated VA 28 file in the WP Editor and can confirm that *SR847 is not in use.

Secondly, I would argue that the FitzWay point on VA 215 is off a bit.
