I am going to combine my NC 11 and NC 903 thread here. I took out the points that rickmastfan67 covered above on NC 11 even though they were already mostly on my list.
NC 11:1. The NC 53 points should be W and E instead of S and N. The shaping point just northeast of NC53_S can be removed. (also affects NC 53)
2. The shaping point west of US421_S should be replaced with a visible point at
Bell-Williams Rd (BellWilRd_S).
3. BellWilRd should be BellWilRd_N.
4. The shaping point northeast of I-40 could be replaced with a visible point at
Pasture Branch Rd (PasBraRd).
5. The shaping point southwest of NC 24/NC 903 could be replaced with a visible point at
Blind Bridge Rd (BliBriRd).
6. The NC 50 points should be N and S instead of W and E.
7. The shaping point northeast of NC24Bus_E should be replaced with a visible point at
Stokes Gooding Rd (StoGooRd).
8. The shaping point just west of NC903_S should be removed. The intersection with NC903_S itself should be recentered.
9. The shaping point northeast of NC903_S should be replaced with a visible point at
Wesley Chapel Rd (WesChaRd).
10. The shaping point southwest of NC111_W should be replaced with a visible point at
Woodland Church Rd (WooChuRd).
11. NC111_E should be NC111_S.
12. I recommend removing LynRd.
13. OldNC11_S should be recentered. Current OldNC11 much farther to the north can easily become OldNC11_N. (see 14, Old11_S and Old11_N can be removed as unused alternate labels)
14. OldNC11_N should be moved south to the nearby intersection and replaced by
Smith Grady Rd (SmiGraRd). The shaping point in this area can be removed as well.
15. The shaping point southwest of NC55_W should be replaced with a visible point at
Leslie R Stroud Rd.
16. I recommend changing KingSt to TifSt (Tiffany St). (also affects NC 55-the shaping point north of VerAve currently causing a broken concurrency is mentioned here:

17. I think a point should be added for Old NC 11 just south of the Greenville Bypass (labeled as OldNC11_Ayd for Ayden).
18. A point should be added at
Forlines Rd (ForRd) due to directly connecting to the NC 11 Bypass.
19. I think that US264Bus should be for
Stantonsburg Rd (StaRd). (directly also affects NC 43 and US 13).
20. NC43 should be NC43_N. (also affects US 13)
21. (On US 13, NC903_A should now be just plain NC903 if possible.)
22. The shaping points north of NC903_C should be replaced with visible points at
Allpine-Taylor Rd and
Alexander-Brown Rd. (also affects US 13)
23. US64Alt_W should be just US64Alt. (also affects US 13 not that US 64 has exit number labels throughout)
24. NC42_S should be NC42_W or NC42/142.
25. NC42_N should be NC42_E.
26. (For US 13) I think points should be added for
OldNC11 and
Shortcut Rd based on what I see in OSM now.
27. The shaping point south of US158/258 could be replaced with a visible point at
Woodrow School Rd (WooSchRd).
28. Unused alternate labels that can be removed (outside of 13): NC903_D US64A_W
NC 903:1. I recommend adding a point at
Hayes Chapel Rd (HayChaRd) to keep the route from being dangerously close to going out of tolerance here.
2. The intersection with NC11_Ken (should be NC11_KenS) itself should be recentered.
3. See 9-10 on NC 11.
4. NC11/111_E should just be NC11/111. NC111_W should be NC111_N.
5. The second shaping point south of US 70 should be replaced with a visible point on
Little Wiggins Rd (LitWigRd).
6. The first shaping point north of WasSt should be replaced with a visible point at
Institute Rd (InsRd).
7. The second shaping point north of WasSt should be replaced with a visible point at
Maynard Hicks Rd (MayHicRd).
8. NC58_E should be
NC58_S.
9. I recommend adding a point at
Newell Rd (NewRd) to keep the route from being dangerously close to going out of tolerance here. (also affects US 13 and US 258)
10. The shaping point east of US13/258 should be replaced with a visible point at
Lilly Pad Rd (LilPadRd).
11. The shaping points east of NC903 should be replaced with visible points at
Half Moon Rd and
Ormondsville Rd (OrmRd).
12. HanRd should be relabeled for
Old Snow Hill Rd.
13. The NC102 point should probably be recentered. (mentioned in the NC 102 thread)
14. NC11Win should be NC11_WinS or NC11_GreS.
15. A point should be added at
Forlines Rd (ForRd) due to directly connecting to the NC 11 Bypass.
16. US13_Gre should be US13_GreS.
17. I think that US264Bus should be for

24. US258_Sco should be US258_ScoS. (For NC 125 and US 258, this should be NC903_ScoS.)
