GA GA38Spr (Cairo) Changed to Con, Truncated to GA-93/111

I drove GA-38 SPUR through Cairo recently and found that it had both been redesignated as GA-38 CONN, and truncated from GA-93/111 back to a realigned GA-93/111 duplex.  Some GMSV:

old GA-93/111:

The GA38Spr points on US 84, GA 38, GA 93, GA 111 still need to be changed to GA38Con.

I apologize for not noting that duplicate label errors were created on US 84 and GA 38 as a result of the new GA38Con points.  It looks like the solution here is to make them GA38ConCai and GA38ConHin on both routes.

Only saving grace is that the 'GA38Con' labels on US-84 & GA-38 aren't in-use.  But yes, something that needs to be fixed ASAP to prevent any possible future issue.
