gufn was activated on 2016-03-31. gufd was promoted to preview on 2019-08-26. Wikipedia reports about a 2018 change for national roads but it was only edited in 2021. For instance, N3+N4 seem to be departement roads now: RN3 to Dégrad des Cannes, the main harbour, and RN4 to Cayenne – Félix Eboué Airport became departmental routes in 2007, and merely retain the name.

08 change, with a supplimental change in 2016 when the Collectivité Territoriale was created. That's a general DOM-TOM thing whereby National Government has dropped almost all overseas N roads and handed them over to the departments. Signs are still red cartouches and so there's no easy way of knowing that N3 is a different system to N1. And as we have a separate gufn system rather than having them as part of fran, it is already ambiguous as to whether this a national system dealt with in Paris, or a regional system deal with in Cayenne...
The Collectivité Territoriale government of Guyana consider the N1-N4 (and only them) as primary roads.

Seems to be D11 now, see OSM, GM and wikipedia D route list
OSM has it as 'RN' and 'N3'. GM as nothing (and routed closer to the Maroni river). Both, and Wikipedia and Wikisara have D11 terminating at Saint-Jean-du-Maroni.
