According to
Nevada DOT (click the PDF link, large file warning), the northern end of NV 294 is at NV 787, not at I-80 Bus anymore. On my pit stop at Winnemucca, I noticed on I-80 Bus that there's a "To NV 294" sign where the northern end used to be.
