FRA-NOR: N27 Dieppe bypass opening

A new 7.5km long expressway section will be opened tomorrow. I don't know if the old route will be rededicated and if so, which number it will get.

OSM + GM show both routes as N27. wikisara only indicates that the old alignment was downgraded but does not mention the new number. Postponing the implementation.

The old route is D927 now according to wikisara which is very logical because the southern "old N27" was already D927 and there was also another D927 section in Dieppe.
