Should there be a graph connection between A8/E751 (exit 8b) and D8 in Opatija? It looks like D8 may have been realigned here since it was first drafted and the A8 point should be moved, probably to the roundabout where the ramp ends. I suppose the fact that the ramp meets A8 (actually signed here as B8) at-grade rather than as a true motorway interchange may complicate matters somewhat.

Should there be a graph connection between A6/E65 (exit 2) and D42 in Vrbovsko? Would also like to request a point on D42 at Z5034 (access to Kamačnik canyon).

Yep. Good catch, thanks. I moved the D8 wp to the right location. It's a minor realignment, not newsworthy, no update entry.

No, the wp should be on the main line, i.e. I moved it to the junction.

Yep. It's not a full interchange (wp at underpass) but the roundabout would never be the right location for the A8 wp.
