ENG A51
A460_S -> A460
A460_N -> A513? Nope, that's taken. My, this is messy. Convert to A513_A _B _C _D etc? A513_Rug?
ENG A513
A51/A460 -> A51_S ?
The Rugeley area is confusing. The old A51 through the town became the A460, forming a T-shaped route. However the route through the town is only signed as A460 towards the A460 towards Cannock, so doesn't meet the requirement of number being signed away from the road that I've used for including spur routes in the UK as they are signed as (A51).
When drafting, the situation was like it is currently on OSM - the A460 south of the town was primary, and the A513 entered the town from the east. Therefore I mapped it that the A460 headed south, while the A513 was concurrent with the (not-added) A460 north of the town as it was a natural route for the A513 and meant that both branches of the A460 were in the system, even if one of them was in-system as a road that was implied to be concurrent with it.
However (shockingly) the situation now is shown more accurately on Google Maps. The primary A460 is now the bit north of the town, with the A460 to the southeast is non-primary. The A513 inside the bypass has been downgraded according to both signage and Ordinance Survey mapping.
I'm going to do more research, make the appropriate changes, and then label accordingly.
