This is currently planned to be open in the Fall of 2022.From what I remember looking at the signage plans on ECMS, the route changes as shown on
the diagram while the southern section is being built will be the following:
Obviously, PA 61 will still end at its current location. It will no longer be concurrent with PA 147 north of the Veterans Memorial Bridge though it will be concurrent with PA 147 on it.
Obviously, US 15 Business will not exist until the southern section is open.
After the concurrency with PA 61 on the Veterans Memorial Bridge, PA 147 will be concurrent with US 15 (and partly US 11, which will not have any alignment changes even after the southern section opens) to the south end of the northern section until the southern section opens.
PA 405 will be in its final configuration being extended south to PA 61 in Sunbury.
