ID: East end of ID 78 extended north to I-84, I-84BL (Hammett) toast?

When I was in Idaho this summer, I suspected that ID 78 had been extended to I-84 exit 114, and also that the I-84 business route in Hammett was unsigned. I've double-checked that with GMSV. The following before-and-after GMSV views convince me that the business route (or at least its signage) has disappeared in the past few years, and that the business route's western leg has been added to ID 78.
