Should TN-347 have a graph connection with US-11W?

Signage indicates it probably should. https://maps.app.goo.gl/5V814T4fqrzyKc9j7

The most straightforward way would be to simplify the 70/11W intersection to a single point by eliminating the MainSt_E point, which no one is using. Is there a good reason to keep that?

I would say ya, take it out of TN-70's file, as well as the 'TN347' point and merge it all together @ the "US11W_N' point.

As for TN-347, I'd keep the 'TN70' point, but rename it as 'MainSt_E', and then add the 'centered' point for both TN-70 & US-11W on the overpass for the graph connection.
